Case Studies and Success Stories -

• Conducted Opportunity Assessments for customers to identify areas for performance and profitability improvement in their manufacturing operations, specifically targeting Production, Quality, and Maintenance, and the use of real time performance information.

• Developed go-to-market strategy for a manufacturing systems software company, including development of marketing collateral, identification of channel partners, and establishing target lists of strategic accounts.

• Planned and directed the successful transformation of a failing Transportation company. Operations were split between Canada and the USA, modified business processes were implemented for sales promotion and dispatch, and the business was returned to profitability within 9 months.

• Devised a plan to restructure and merge two failing sporting goods manufacturers. Responsibilities included negotiations with banks, unions and creditors, securing bridge funding from the government of Ontario, overseeing the implementation of the plan and achievement of targeted performance improvements and cost reductions.
