Customers want to minimize the number of suppliers they have to deal with on a project - they need implementation assistance because they no longer have the luxury of having their own internal resources - and they need guidance in selecting external resources.

For these reasons we have established a number of Total Solutions for key opportunity areas we have identified in business today. In these instances, we supply all of the resources to tackle the opportunity, including (as required) -

Delivery Principles

And we have wrapped these solutions with a set of principles guiding delivery - 

• Clearly establish targets, goals and expectations at the start of the project
• The Salesman will continue to be involved in the project and will participate in review meetings during the full term of the project
• Any recommendation we make for a solution will include a proposal for involvement in implementation of the solution
• We will provide all of components of the solution, whether it be consulting services, engineering services, infrastructure, computer software, or installation services 
• We will provide ongoing support after the project
• We will conduct post implementation reviews with the customer at pre determined intervals, to ensure the project goals have been met.

SOMANCO will contract with you to clearly establish the project scope, provide all of the required resources to develop and deliver the solution, work with you to ensure successful implementation, and conduct post implementation reviews to ensure targeted goals are met.
